The option to purchase equipment insurance depends on the shop and the equipment selected. This option is displayed in step 3 of your booking process for each item that can be added to your basket.
If the equipment is not suitable for your personal details (height, weight, shoe size), it can be exchanged (subject to availability in store). However, to adapt the equipment to your preferences, the weather or your physical condition, please consult the details and consider the ‘multi-slide’ option (if available in store). The option to subscribe to a ‘multi-slide’ option depends on the store and the equipment chosen. This option is displayed in step 3 of your booking for each item that can be added to your basket.

To make the most of your stay, you can collect your equipment from 3.30 pm on the day before your first day of skiing, or on the day of your arrival. To avoid waiting in the morning, particularly given the short time between the shop opening and the start of ski lessons or the opening of the slopes, we strongly advise you to collect your equipment the day before. Try to avoid busy times, especially Saturdays between 4:00 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. during school holidays. Please check with the shop for any changes to opening hours during these periods.
